You are welcome to drop off your blankets at our home base in Oregon City or send them through the mail for non local customers. We also do weekly pick ups at a couple feed stores, Wilco Farm Store, and Union Mills Feed. We will do barn pickups as well if blanket minimum is met.

    1. If you are a new customer please make an appointment so we can show you where everything goes.

      2. Returning customers please let us know you will be dropping off

      3. Blankets need to be in bags and a request slip needs to be IN the bag with the blanket.

      4. Please do not use bags that you want to get back. We do not have a process to keep track of them.

      5. More than 1 blanket can go in a bag.

      6. Multiple bags: Either option (below) is acceptable.

      7. Fill out a request form for each bag.

      8. Fill out a request form listing all the blankets. Indicate how many bags you have. For each subsequent bag put a piece of paper with your name and phone # in the bag.

      9. Leave bags inside the washroom.

      10. There are request slips and bags in the wash room

      11. Turn around is generally 2 weeks. At certain times the shop is beyond capacity and blankets may be delayed. Please let us know if you have specific time constraints.

    1. You will receive an email indicating that your blanket is ready.

      2. Let me know which day you will be able to pick it up.

      3. Wait for confirmation that it is out for pick up before stopping by.

      4. It will be on the porch of the repair shop.

      5. Payment is due before or at pick up.

    2. Items must be bagged. The Feed Store cashier will have slips for you to use. It is a 3 part form.

      -Follow the cashiers instructions if you need help. Each store does things differently. 1 copy for you, 1 for Horsewears (place in the bag) 1 copy for the store.

      3. When the blankets are ready they will be returned and the store will contact you.

      -You pick up and pay at the store. The store may have an upcharge to cover their time so the prices posted on the website may not be the same.
